Butterfield brings more than 14 years of distinguished experience at Northrop Grumman, where he served as a Technical Fellow leading the development of advanced mission systems across AI/ML, distributed system architectures, Multi-INT fusion, embedded software integration, and next-generation defense technologies. His career is marked by successfully transitioning complex R&D programs into mission-ready operational capabilities that have directly supported critical defense and national security missions.
